3:11pm | I’ve checked into the hotel in PDX, 23.5 hrs after waking up in London this morning. Plane had to be de-iced in Chicago with snow falling. |

3:12pm | Uneventful trip, just time consuming. I’d lost track of the time, with the multiple changes in time zones. |

3:12pm | Met at the airport by one of the IT guys – that was very nice. I’ve got a light metallic blue Mustang to drive. |

Glad the trip is going well! Weather ranges from artic to tropical over here…. weirdo! Christmas is starting to be in full swing. My morning bus was completely decorated with tinsel, snowflakes and stickers on the windows! Bus driver was dress in red, with Santa hat!! It made us all smile…Just spent most of day in office alone, about to head on home… brain dead from boredom!

Hi Sallymae! Good to hear from you. Your morning bus ride sounds like fun – a pleasant surprise to find a bus driver with a sense of humour! Hope you manage to do some enjoyable things over the weekend.
